1. Locate the Centre of the back by finding the sewn-in garment tag.

2. Gather the garment up in two hands.

3. We advise you to step into your Body Slimming Tube, and then carefully pull the garment up around your body.

4. If you look in a full length mirror as you pull the garment up, the centre line of the bottom should be clearly in place.

5. Take extra care as you pull the garment over your bra.
