

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments from your PayPal account. We also accept personal cheques and postal orders.
Secure payments are made through PayPal or SagePay. You do not need to own a PayPal account to shop with us, or sign up for one.
Delivery Charges
We have a flat rate delivery charge of £1.95 regardless of order value. We post all our parcels with Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service, meaning we always have a record of your order and you will need to sign for your order upon delivery.
We currently do not offer an overseas service.
Delivery Details
In the unlikely event any chosen item is out of stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You will be notified via email of any impending delay with your order. At this stage you will have the option to cancel your order if you choose not to wait or you may choose an alternative product at the same price.
Privacy is of paramount importance for our customers, so all our items are packaged in discreet packages without any mention of Eve's Legwear on the outer packaging.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your products purchased from Eve's Legwear, and we beleive that you will be. However, in the unlikely event that you may need to return an item, it must be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date. It must be returned in its original condition, all hygiens tags in place, completely unused, unwashed and repackaged in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, so we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). We are not liable for the cost of the return postage.
Refunds are made within two working days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us, along with the original receipt.
Please contact us by email prior to returning any goods. This will enable us to give you a specific returns number.
In the case of faulty goods, we guarantee all items for a period of 3 months from the purchase date. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use or wear and tear. Goods found to be faulty after the initial 7 day period can only be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded.
